THE PLANET OF PALUVIA
The planet of Paluvia is a planet that is covered in a perpetual rainstorm. There is only one place on the planet that isn’t covered in ocean or swampland. This is called the Aequalis plateau, a stretch of land that covers approximately 4 million square miles. It still rains here but the amount of precipitation is nothing compared to the rest of the planet. The Aequalis plateau sits approximately 20,000 feet above sea level. Combined with the almost constant cloud cover, the illumination of the surface never gets much above a dusk level of lighting, even at high noon.
It is here that the city of Acervus sits.
